• Duration: Mix and match sessions (e.g., a 40-minute Full Body flow followed by a 10-minute HIIT finisher).
• Style: Strength, Stretching, Cardio, HIIT, Pre- & Post-Natal, and specialized sessions for ages 50+.
• Level: From absolute Beginner to Intermediate and Advanced.
